NYS Police Report/Buffalo man charged in traffic stop in Albion

On November 1, 2020 at 4:20 A.M., Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Jason C. Mesler, 35, of Buffalo, NY, for felony DWI, aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operator 1st degree and other vehicle and traffic infractions.

Troopers stopped Mesler on Route 31 in the town of Albion for traffic infractions. While interviewing Mesler, an odor of alcoholic beverage was allegedly present.  Mesler was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Albion for processing.  Mesler recorded a .19% BAC.

Mesler was transported to the Orleans County Jail for arraignment.

On October 30, 2020 at 11:37 P.M., Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Michael A. Landauer, 36. of Albion, NY. for DWI and other vehicle and traffic infractions.

Troopers stopped Landauer on Route 31 in the town of Albion for traffic infractions. While interviewing Landauer, an odor of alcoholic beverage was allegedly present. 

Landauer was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Albion for processing.  Landauer recorded a .15% BAC.

Landauer was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Albion court for a later date in November 2020.
