Brandon G. Dodd, 33, of Highland Park, Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th and unauthorized use of a vehicle, following the alleged theft of a motor vehicle on Highland Park on November 1, 2020 at 1:09a.m.
Dodd was arraigned via Skype in City Court by Judge Rogers, released under supervision and placed under 24/7 house arrest.
Dodd is scheduled to return to court on November 10, 2020 at 3:00p.m.
Rae C. Cook, 31, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, resisting arrest and criminal contempt 2nd, after she allegedly violated an order of protection on October 27, 2020.
Cook was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and was held on $5,000 A, $10,000 B, and $20,000 E.
Cook re-appeared in City Court on October 28, 2020.
Justin D. McQuillen, 32, of Freeman Rd., Byron, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and speeding in a zone, following a traffic stop on Oak street on October 31, 2020 at 8:52p.m., after the vehicle was observed allegedly speeding on Oak street.
McQuillen was released on uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on February 3, 2021.
Kevin M. McCoy, 54, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection by being in the presence of the protected party at a location in the City on October 31, 2020.
McCoy was also arrested on a warrant out of City Court for failure to appear.
McCoy was arraigned in City Court and held on $1,500 cash, $3,000 bond and $6,000 partially secured bond.
Walter T. Snell, 32, of Byron Holley Rd., Byron, was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court after being located by Genesee County Probation.
Snell was transported to the jail where he was processed and arraigned before Judge Rogers.
Snell was released on recognizance and will appear in City Court on November 18, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
