Morgan L. Cox, 52, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact, after an incident at an address on West Main street on November 8, 2020.
Cox was allegedly involved in a physical altercation where he allegedly punched another person in the face.
Cox was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 9, 2021 at 1:30p.m.
Robert D. Wood, 30, of Mill St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, criminal contempt 1st and burglary 2nd following a domestic incident that occurred on Wood street on November 11, 2020.
Wood allegedly entered the residence of another person who has a stay away order of protection against him. Wood allegedly shoved the person during an argument.
Wood was arraigned in front of Judge Rogers and jailed in lieu of $10,000 A, $20,000 B and $50,000 E.
Barbara C. Pridmore, 62, of Mechanic St., Elba, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18 % or more, moving from a lane unsafely, obstructed view and failure to obey a traffic control device, after a one vehicle accident at 12 Oak street on November 7, 2020 at 11:07p.m.
Pridmore crashed into a telephone pole in front of 12 Oak street.
An investigation allegedly shows that Pridmore was under the influence of alcohol. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
Pridmore was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on February 17, 2021.
She was released to a sober third party.
Ashley I. Hightower, 28, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following an investigation on Bank street on November 8, 2020.
Hightower was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 9, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Katherine J. Briggs, 41, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with false written statement after knowingly giving a false statement to a City of Batavia Police officer on November 10, 2020.
Briggs was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 9, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
