Proclamations for retired City of Batavia Firefighters Tom Douglas and Tim Stengel
Retired Firefighter Tom Douglas donates 10 personal thermal imaging cameras to the City of Batavia Fire Department. The cameras were purchased through MES(Municipal Emergency Services) based in Poughkeepsie, NY. with the help of Justin Woodruff.
