On November 27, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Jason F. Good, 49, of Wyoming, NY, for aggravated DWI.
During a traffic stop on Route 19, town of Wyoming, Good was exhibiting signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been allegedly operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.
Good failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed that Good had a 0.19% BAC.
He was released with appearance tickets for Wyoming Town Court on a later date.
