Danny D. Williams Sr., 32, of Ellicott Ave., Batavia, and Darazian W. Williams, 27, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, are each charged with gang assault 1st, burglary 1st, criminal mischief 3rd and conspiracy 4th, after a disturbance at a residence on Jerome Place on November 8, 2020 at 10:20p.m.
Both were arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers on December 4, 2020.
Danny was held on $30,000 cash bail, $100,000 bond or $100,000 partially secured. Darazian was held at the jail on bail. He is to re-appear in court on January 13, 2021 at 2:00p.m.. Danny is due back in City Court on December 15, 2020 at 2:00p.m.
Christian M. Deluna, 19, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, burglary, criminal mischief and conspiracy, after an incident that occurred at a residence on N. Spruce street on December 1, 2020 at 1:50a.m.
Deluna was arraigned in City Court and released to the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Deluna is scheduled to re-appear in court on January 19, 2021.
Cody Middlebrooks, 30, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and coercion 1st, after a physical domestic incident on Pearl street on December 5, 2020 at 7:00p.m.
Middlebrooks allegedly threatened to harm the victim if she called police.
He was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. Middlebrooks will re-appear in court on February 2, 2021.
On December 4, 2020 at 10:24a.m., Middlebrooks was charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly damaging a cellphone which was valued at more than $250 at an address on S. Main street.
Middlebrooks was processed and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 19, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Chazmar T. Walters Sr., 28, of Clay St., LeRoy, is charged with obstructing governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, following a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Batavia on December 5, 2020 at 8:48p.m.
Walters was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on January 18, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Samantha L. Wroblewski, 31, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th following an investigation into an incident that occurred on October 19, 2020 at an address on West Main street at 10:38a.m.
Wroblewski was allegedly in possession of cocaine.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 23, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Ethan M. Conrad, 20, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with DWI , driving with a BAC of .18% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, after an investigation into a single vehicle accident on River street where his vehicle collided with a bridge guard rail on November 26, 2020 at 1:12a.m
Conrad was released on uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on January 13, 2021.
Lisa A. Way, 52, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with DWI and refusal to take a breath test following a motor vehicle accident behind a residence on Ellicott street on December 5, 2020 at 5:48 p.m.
Way was released on uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on January 27, 2021 at 9:00a.m.
Christopher P. Thomas, 36, of State St., Batavia, is charged with dog running at large, after he allegedly allowed his dog to run at large on another person’s property on State street on December 3, 2020 at 2:00p.m.
Thomas was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 26, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Thomas was also arrested on a bench warrant after turning himself in at Batavia Police Headquarters. Thomas allegedly failed to appear at an earlier date.
He was processed and will appear in City Court on December 23, 2020 at 2:00p.m.
Destiny N. Green, 24, of Walnut St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant following an incident on Walnut street on July 22, 2020.
Green was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers on December 2, 2020 and was sentenced with a plea.
Green will not be re-appearing in court, the case was resolved.
Loretta L. Baer, 49, of Canal St., Macedon, was arrested following a trespassing complaint at a Swan street business on December 1, 2020 at 12:35a.m.
Baer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 12, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Patrick O. Spikes, 39, Of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for attempted petit larceny that occurred on October 27, 2020 at 204 W. Main street.
Spikes was arrested after a traffic stop on November 21, 2020.
He was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers via Skype.
Spikes was released under supervision to Genesee Justice.
He will return to court at a later date.
