2. GENESEE COUNTY/Elba Fire Department makes 9 year old’s birthday special/ 9/16/2020
The Elba Fire Department brought flowers, balloons and fire trucks to Alaska-Vela’s house on Monday afternoon to help her celebrate her 9th birthday.
Alaska-Vela’s dad shared this video of her special celebration.
“The Elba Fire Department went out of their way to make it special for her,” her dad said.
