On December 31, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Matthew K. Frayne, 28, of Java, NY, for driving while intoxicated.
Troopers responded to an accident into a ditch off Route 77, town of Bennington. During the interview with operator Frayne, was exhibiting signs of intoxication. Troopers determined Frayne had allegedly been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Frayne was unable to perform standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where he refused to provide chemical breath test.
Frayne was released with appearance tickets for Bennington town court on a later date.
On January 8, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Randy D. Morse, 53, of Angelica, NY, for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
During a traffic stop on Route 19 in the village of Warsaw, Morse was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Morse had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Morse had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Warsaw Police Department.
Morse was released with appearance tickets for the village of Warsaw court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
