PRESS RELEASE
On January 15, 2021 at 2:41 P.M., Troopers out of SP Warsaw responded to Bullis Road in the town of Bennington for a one vehicle collision.
Further investigation revealed that a 2012 Jeep was traveling north bound on Bullis Road and exited the east side of the roadway and continued down a thirty-foot cliff. The vehicle came to rest on the roof.
The operator, Michael J. Colman, 57, of Alden, NY, was pronounced deceased at the scene by Wyoming County Coroner.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted with this investigation.
