Michael J. Tobias, 30, of Maple Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, after a one car accident at 2157 Judge road in Alabama on January 23, 2021 at 11:42p.m.
Tobias was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on February 23, 2021.
