GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man charged after threatening a person with a knife

Phillip M. Gambino, 25, of School St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd, following an investigation into a disturbance at Walmart on January 20, 2021 at 2:58p.m.

Gambino allegedly threatened another person with a knife during a verbal altercation in the parking lot.

Gambino was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on February 11, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

Adrain R. Taylor, 43, of Upper Falls Blvd., Rochester, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd, following an investigation where Taylor allegedly entered Walmart at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on January 28, 2021 at 4:51pm, after the Walmart Corporation banned him from entering all store locations because of a previous incident.

Taylor was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 25, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

Patrick J. Frawley, 58, of Brock St., Rochester, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection and was with the person who had the stay away order against him.

Frawley was held at the Genesee County Jail for arraignment on February 22, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
