GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Cheektowaga man charged after vehicle pursuit through three counties

Patrick T. Fuhr, 61, of Union Rd., Cheektowaga, is charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, failure to stop at a stop sign and a red light violation, following a police pursuit on January 29, 2021 in the City of Batavia, the towns of Batavia and Pembroke.

Deputies attempted to pull Fuhr over after he had fled from deputies in Genesee and Livingston County earlier in the day on January 29, 2021.

Fuhr is to appear in Batavia Town Court on March 11, 2020 at 1:00p.m. and in Batavia City Court on March 10, 2021 at 9:00a.m. to answer all of the charges.

State Police charged Fuhr with reckless endangerment 2nd, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and reckless driving at 9:40p.m. in the town of Lancaster on January 29, 2021.

Cecilio Alonzo-Martinez, 33, of Burke Hill road, Perry, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more following an investigation of a vehicle stopped in the roadway on Rt. 19 in the town of Bergen on January 31, 2021 at 2:12a.m.

Alonzo-Martinez was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on February 3, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
