NYS Police/LeRoy man charged during traffic stop in Perry

On February 7, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Michael J. Stack Jr., 44, of LeRoy, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. 

During a traffic stop on State Route 246 in the town of Perry, Stack was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Stack had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.  Stack had failed standardized field sobriety tests.  He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Warsaw Police Department.

Stack was released with appearance tickets for the town of Perry court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
