Shaun M. Dukes, 39, of Elba St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, unregistered motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle, following a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the Town of Stafford on February 12, 2021 at 8:43a.m.
Dukes was operating a motor vehicle utilizing a revoked non- driver identification card with 27 total suspensions/revocations.
Dukes was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on March 16, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Cameron J. Sokolowski, 28, of River St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny, after a shoplifting complaint at a local retail store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on February 5, 2021 at 10:58a.m.
Sokolowski allegedly stole merchandise from a retail store without paying for the items.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was released on an appearance ticket.
Sokolowski will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 11, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
James E. Ruffell, 41, of W. Creek Dr., Webster, was arrested on a warrant out of the Town of Bergen Court on February 12, 2021, for an incident on December 14, 2020, where Ruffell was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd.
Ruffell was transported to the Genesee County Jail and virtually arraigned in City Court.

It’s going to take someone getting killed before they stop releasing this Shaun Dukes person. But by then it will be too late. I will bet the farm he is out driving again right now.
