Tia E. Schmeider, 29, of Columbia Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child, after a larceny complaint at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on March 19, 2021 at 8:35p.m.
Upon arrival, Walmart Asset Protection directed patrols to Schmeider, who was located in the parking lot.
Schmeider was accompanied by her two underage children, ages 11 and 18 months old.
She allegedly stole items from Walmart while with her children.
Schmeider was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on April 20, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
On the following day, patrols were again dispatched to Walmart at 5:25p.m., this time for a trespass complaint.
Schmeider was banned from Walmart and was identified at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive inside the store at the customer service desk.
Schmeider was charged with criminal trespass 3rd and released on an appearance ticket. She will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 20, 2021 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charge.
Stephen R. Hart, 34, of Cedar St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of controlled substance 3rd/intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th and speed in excess of 55mph, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Bergen on March 21, 2021 at 10:46a.m.
Hart allegedly possessed one or more preparations of a narcotic drug with an aggregate weight of one-eighth ounce or more with intent to sell. He was issued a traffic citation for speed in excess of 55mph. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and will appear in Genesee County Court on May 5, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Ralph C. Scheib, 37, of Dewey Ave., Rochester, is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, following a check the welfare complaint on Clinton street road in Bergen on March 19, 2021 at 10:40p.m.
Scheib was issued appearance tickets and released. He will appear in Bergen Town Court on April 7, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
Charles L. Hull Jr., 63, of Warsaw Rd., LeRoy, is charged with dog engaging in habitual loud barking, after allegedly allowing his dogs to bark habitually, which disrupted other citizens in the neighborhood on March 13, 2021 at 12:13p.m.
Hull was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on April 6, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
