On March 21, 2021, at around 9:20p.m., deputies responded to a residence in the Village of Castile, for a report of a male and a female involved in a physical domestic incident.
Deputies arrived on scene and interviewed the victim, who reported a physical altercation had taken place down the street. The suspect, Jessalyn K. Pitts, 29, of Castile, had reportedly pulled into a business parking lot and got out of the driver’s seat, walked around to the rear passenger door and attempted to physically remove the victim from the vehicle. The victim sustained scratches to the neck and a bite mark to the lower abdomen that was bleeding.
Following an on scene investigation, Pitts was arrested and charged with assault in the 3rd degree and transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for processing. Pitts was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Castile Court at a later date.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robin M. Mitchell, 39, of Warsaw, following a traffic complaint in the Town of Warsaw on March 22, 2021.
