Kiwanis “Golden Easter Egg Hunt” winners gathered at Centennial Park in Batavia on Saturday morning to turn in their golden eggs for a chocolate Easter bunny from Oliver’s Candy store.
The “Golden Egg Hunt” was held over a two week period at Centennial Park this year due to COVID-19, with Kiwanis Club member Matt Landers, County Manager, hiding one golden egg each day for 13 days from March 19th-31st.
Kiwanis Club member Peter Guppenberger was the Master of Ceremonies at today’s golden egg/candy trade. The Easter Bunny was also on hand to pose for a few photos with families.
