Jordan R. Herring, 23, if charged with harassment 2nd and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, after an incident on April 23, 2021. Herring was arrested on April 24, 2021.

Bryan D. Bates Jr.,41, is charged with aggravated criminal contempt, a class D felony, and falsely reporting a catastrophe/emergency 3rd, after an April 9, 2021 incident. Bates was arrested on April 26, 2021.

Timothy S. Conley, 38, is charged with assault 3rd and criminal mischief 4th/intent to damage property, after an incident on April 9, 2021.

Derick L. Randall, 39, is charged with harassment 2nd, resisting arrest and two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child, after an incident on April 6, 2021.

Levern Austin Jr., 47, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway on April 18, 2021.

A 14 year old male is charged with criminal mischief 4th/intent to damage property, after being arrested on April 20, 2021.

Peter C. Couch, 26, is charged with disorderly conduct/fighting/violent behavior and open container/alcohol after an incident on April 23, 2021.

Andrea M. Gray, 43, is charged with disorderly conduct/obscene language/gestures, after an incident on April 9, 2021.

Noah L. Rowlett, 19, is charged with petit larceny after being arrested on April 14, 2021.

Justin D. Cabic, 41, is charged with operating a vehicle without an inspection and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, after being arrested on April 12, 2021.

Patrick W. Allen, 39, is charged with criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony, after an incident on April 10, 2021. Allen was arrested on April 17, 2021.

Kenneth W. Scholes, 25, if charged with criminal mischief 3rd, a class E felony, and criminal trespass 2nd, after an incident on April 27, 2021. Scholes was arrested on April 30, 2021.

Alexis S. Williams, 28, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and failure to yield the right of way, after an incident on April 4, 2021.
