On May, 12, 2021, Paul Mioducki, 42, of Bennington, was arrested and charged with grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony. Mioducki is accused of stealing more than $16,000 from an individual by forging personal checks in 2021.
Mioducki was arraigned and released to pretrial supervision. He is due back in Wyoming County Court on 5/21/2021.
Attallah M. Al Hajeh, 20 of Bronx, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon on May 18, 2021. Al Hajeh was stopped for speeding, 64MPH in a 35MPH zone, and was found to have an active suspension on his driver’s license for failure to answer a summons.
Al Hajeh is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and speeding in a zone. Al Hajeh was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Sheldon Court on June 7, 2021. He was released with his vehicle to a licensed driver.
A deputy from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart on Rt. 19 in the Town of Warsaw on May 18, 2021, for a reported shoplifting.
James P. Liddy, 35, of Attica, was arrested and charged with petit larceny after attempting to leave the store without paying for merchandise. Liddy was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear in Warsaw Court on a later date to answer the above charge.
