GENSEEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Ohio man found driving stolen vehicle now facing a drug and weapons charge

Terry E. Gamble Jr., 25, of Onslow Dr., Columbus, OH, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th/vehicle except a motorcycle, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd/ammunition feeding device, on May 12, 2021 at 3:18p.m. on S. Main street in Elba.

Gamble was allegedly operating a vehicle that was reportedly stolen out of Columbus, Ohio and was in possession of a .556 magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds.

Gamble was arraigned virtually in Elba Town Court by Judge Thurber and held on $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond bail. He is scheduled to appear in Genesee County Court on June 9, 2021 at 10:00a.m.

Abralee D. Maynard, a passenger in the vehicle, no address or age provided, was also arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th. Maynard was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Elba Town Court on June 2, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Patrick L. Waite, 53, of Alexander road, Alexander, is charged with disorderly conduct after a loud music complaint at 11:51p.m. on 5/20/21. After an investigation, deputies say that Waite intentionally caused a public inconvenience and annoyance by playing loud music after several phone call complaints from nearby residents to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.

Waite was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on June 8, 2021 at 4:00p.m.

Kyle J. Gugel, 35, of Genesee St., LeRoy, is charged with DWI and refusal to take a breath test after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in the Town of Stafford on May 18, 2021 at 1:52a.m.. Gugel was stopped for speed over 55mph.

Following an investigation, deputies allege that Gugel was operating his motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on June 1, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
