On June 17, 2021 at 7:54 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Nicholas J. Scripp, 31, of Varysburg, NY, for DWI, and failure to keep right.
Troopers stopped Scripp on Rt. 20A in the town of Sheldon for crossing over the double solid line. Scripp was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. He recorded a .12% BAC.
Scripp was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Sheldon court for August 2021.
On June 17, 2021 at 7:04 a.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Annette J. Parker, 32, of Buffalo, NY, for DWI, unlicensed operator and speeding.
Troopers stopped Parker on Rt. 20A in the town of Sheldon for speeding. Parker was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Parker recorded a .12% BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Sheldon court for August 2021.
