A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted a Genesee County man on animal cruelty charges after he intentionally caused serious physical injury to a companion animal.
Robert J. Williams is accused of two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, a felony, after causing serious physical injury to two dogs by spaying bleach in their eyes for no justifiable purpose after an incident on January 14, 2021 in the Town of Batavia.
Williams is also charged with two counts of criminal mischief 4th degree, for intentionally damaging the property of another person, two dogs.
