GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/August 15, 2021

Pamela L. Palaszynski, 35, of Bank St. Rd., Elba, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent, after a car into a house accident on Batavia Stafford Townline road on August 7, 2021 at 11:59p.m.

Palaszynski was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on August 19, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Keith A. Stevens, 63, of Forest Edge Dr., Batavia, is charged with failing to report a change of address within 10 days as a registered level 2 sex offender. Stevens was allegedly residing at a non-reported address for about 2 months.

Stevens was released with an appearance ticket.

Bryan L. Fitts, 32, of Chestnut Ridge, Gasport, NY, is charged with criminal possession of narcotics with intent to sell and two counts of criminal possession of controlled substances with intent to sell, after being ejected from the Luke Bryan concert venue at Darien Lake on Alleghany road in Darien in August 14, 2021 at 8:33p.m.

Drugs were allegedly located in Fitts’ socks, hanging out of baggies.

He was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 24, 2021 at 3:00p.m.

Lyndsay T. Young, 38, of State St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise totaling $206.03 from Walmart at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on August 12, 2021 at 5:04p.m.

Young passed all points of sale without paying for the merchandise.

Young will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 17, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
