The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Herman A Milton, 39, of Greenport, NY, following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Perry on August 22, 2021.
Milton was found to be unlicensed and had numerous suspensions.
Milton was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and speeding in a zone. Milton was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Perry Court on September 8, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
