Antonio Santiago, 43, of Ferndale Crescent, Rochester, NY, is charged with attempted assault 2nd and reckless endangerment 2nd after allegedly spitting in the face of a deputy while the deputy was attempting to obtain information from Santiago after a complaint at Six Flags Darien Lake at 9993 Alleghany road in Darien on August 24, 2021 at 5:56p.m.
Santiago was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court in front of Judge Mileham and then processed at the Genesee County Jail.
He will appear in Darien Town Court in front of Judge Graber on September 30, 2021 at 4:00p.m.
Andrea I. Kinnaird, 48, of Penn Mills Ave., Weston Mills, NY, is charged with attempted grand larceny 3rd and grand larceny 4th degree after an incident at Darien Lake Theme Park at 9993 Alleghany road, on August 14, 2021 at 7:22p.m.
Kinnaird was issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Town Court on September 16, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
