A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Stephen L. Hegel, accusing him of the crime of grand larceny 3rd degree, a class D felony, after being accused of stealing property having a value in excess of $3,000, on October 8, 2020 in the City of Batavia.
In Count 2, Hegel is accused of grand larceny 4th degree, a class E felony, after being accused of stealing property having a value un excess of $1,000 on October 22, 2020 in the City of Batavia.
In Count 3, he is accused of the crime of gran larceny 3rd degree, a class D felony, after being accused of stealing property having a value in excess of $3,000 on October 14, 2020 in the City of Batavia.
A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Andrew C. Aldrow, accusing him of the crime of driving while intoxicated, a class E felony, on February 26, 2021 in the Town of LeRoy on the NYS thruway.
Aldrow was allegedly in an intoxicated condition while operating his 2010 Hyundai on a public highway, the NYS thruway.
In Count 2, he is accused of refusal to submit to a breath test, refusing the request of a NYS Trooper on February 26, 2021.
In Count 3, Aldrow is accused of consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle at the same location and date mentioned above, as he allegedly possessed or did drink an alcoholic beverage from an open container containing an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle on a public highway.
In Count 4, Aldrow is accused of moving from lane unsafely on the same date and location mentioned above.
Aldrow was previously convicted of the crime of driving while intoxicated as a misdemeanor on April 6, 2016, in the City of Lockport in Niagara County. The conviction was within ten years of the crime alleged in Count one of this indictment.
