Daniel J. Davis, 55, of Hollymount Rd., Rochester, is charged with with reckless endangerment 1st, DWI, aggravated DWI, improper passing, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to obey a traffic control device, failure to obey a police officer, and speed not reasonable and prudent, after attempting to avoid a vehicle safety checkpoint on September 21, 2021 at 8:04p.m on Clinton street road in Stafford.
Davis, by leaving his lane of travel and going into the oncoming traffic lane, nearly striking multiple law enforcement officers and then fleeing the checkpoint, was eventually stopped by mobile patrols a short distance from the checkpoint.
During the traffic stop, Davis was found to allegedly be intoxicated by alcohol and was placed under arrest.
He was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Davis will re-appear in Stafford Town Court on October 5, 2021 at 11:00a.m.
Katie L. Winnie, 27, of Martin Rd., Akron, is charged with operating a vehicle impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after a complaint of a female slumped over the wheel of a vehicle in the parking lot of a convenience store at 7346 Lake road in Bergen on July 8, 2020 at 3:06a.m.
Winnie was released later on the morning of July 8, 2021 pending the results of a lab test that recently was received.
On September 22, 2021, Winnie was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 6, 2021 at 5:00p.m. for arraignment.

Jesslyn F. Bigelow, 25, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, following an investigation on September 18, 2021 at 4:24p.m. on West Main street.
Bigelow allegedly harassed another resident in the apartment complex at 3727 W. Main street road.
Bigelow was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Town of Batavia Court on October 7, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Fletcher M. Royce, 33, of Dunham Rd., Varysburg, is charged with DWI, driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, after a suspicious condition complaint on Galloway road in Pembroke on September 17, 2021 at 2:24p.m.
Following an investigation, Royce was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and allegedly possessed multiple bags of fentanyl.
Royce was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and released on his own recognizance. He will re-appear in court on October 7, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
