Michael P. Caito, 30, of South Dr., Rochester, is charged with DWI after an investigation into a multi-vehicle accident on Rt. 33 in Bergen on October 4, 2021 at about 7:04pm
While driving eastbound on Rt. 33, Caito allegedly crossed over the double yellow line, striking two separate vehicles. Caito then left the scene of the collisions and continued eastbound. He was eventually located down the road at Rt. 33 and Rt. 19, where his vehicle had become disabled.
Caito is charged with DWI and was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on November 3, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Colleen B. Gill, 51, of Spring Rd., Alexander, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, felony aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18%, operation of a motor vehicle without an interlock device, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd with a previous conviction, driving left of pavement markings, driving too slow and impeding traffic flow, and failure to signal, after a being stopped at 10506 Main street in Alexander on October 4, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
Gill was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Alexander Town Court on October 19, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Mary G. Vaughan, 25, of Charlesgate Cir., East Amherst, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, after a one car motor vehicle accident on Main road in the town of Pembroke on October 2, 2021 at 12:58am
Vaughan allegedly struck a guard rail while allegedly driving in an intoxicated condition.
Vaughan was release on appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on October 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
