Video of meeting/Pictured- Chairman of the O-AT-KA Board of Director John Gould expresses his concern with City Council over a cease and desist letter received at the end of September in regard to their industrial discharge permit. According to the City of Batavia, O-AT-KA was in excess of their permitted levels at the City sewage ponds and the City received a notice of violation from the DEC indicating that the DEC was looking at enforcement action.
