Anthony J. Maye, 21, of Bovee Rd., Bergen, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, inadequate plate lamp and refusal to take a breath test, following a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Stafford on October 23, 2021 at 3:02a.m.
Maye was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on November 11, 2021 at 6:00p.m.

Liza M. Beszczynski, 26, of Pearl St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact and criminal contempt 1st degree/violating an order of protection/physical contact, after a reported domestic incident complaint in the Town of Batavia on October 22, 2021 at 11:46p.m.
Beszczynski allegedly struck and kicked a person.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 16, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
