Dominique S. Betancourt, 19, of Rochester, is charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief, after deputies responded to a larceny complaint at a retail store located at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia on November 7, 2021 at 3:14p.m.
Betancourt allegedly threw merchandise outside of the store, passing all points of purchase without paying. Betancourt allegedly caused damage to the property when he threw it.
Betancourt was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 2, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

Klarissa C. Price, 43, of Batavia, is charged with trespass after deputies responded to a complaint at the Mark Trail Motel on 4036 W. Main street road in Batavia, on September 28, 2021 at 4:32p.m.
Price allegedly trespassed on the Mark Trail property and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 11, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
