Katherine J. Vail, 29, of Bergen, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and reckless endangerment, after operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol, and striking a pedestrian and a dog at S. Lake road in Bergen on November 13, 2021 at 6:11p.m.
Vail will appear in the town of Bergen Court on December 8, 2021 at 5:00p.m. to answer the charges.

Aaron M.R. Hatt, 25, of Federal Dr., Batavia, is charged with failure to signal, operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle while unlicensed and DWI, after a traffic stop for failing to signal on Wortendyke road in Batavia on September 18, 2021 at 2:13a.m.
Hatt was allegedly operating in an impaired condition without a valid NYS Driver’s license and failed to signal.
Hatt was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the town of Batavia Court on December 2, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

Zachary J. Chittenden, 34, of Pembroke, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and no /inadequate plate lamps, on Hartshorn road in Batavia on November 14, 2021 at 2:38a.m.
Chittenden was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets returnable to the town of Batavia Court on December 9, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
