Justin L. Pyatt, 33, of Silver Springs, NY, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th/a credit card, and petit larceny, after Pyatt allegedly used a stolen credit card to make purchases at a business in the City of Batavia on May 23, 2021.
Pyatt was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on November 30, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

James C. Malone, 24, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th, after a domestic incident in the Town of Oakfield on November 19, 2021.
Malone allegedly took a phone of another person while they were attempting to call 9-1-1.
Malone was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released. He will re-appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on December 6, 2021.
