Christopher W. Morrow, 24, of Buffalo, was arrested and faces multiple felony charges following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Perry on December 20, 2021.
Morrow was stopped for inadequate tail lamps as he traveled eastbound on Route 20A in the Town of Perry in his 2004 Jeep Liberty. The Deputy was conducting the initial phase of the traffic stop when a large capacity ammunition feeding device was observed in Morrow’s glove box. As the Deputy was having Morrow exit the vehicle to take him into custody, a loaded 9MM handgun was located inside the driver door directly next to Morrow. The 9MM handgun was found to be loaded with 15 rounds in the clip and 1 round in the chamber. The large capacity clip in the glove box was also found to be loaded with 27 rounds.
Morrow was taken into custody without incident. Morrow’s vehicle was also found to have a revoked registration due to not having insurance coverage. The vehicle was towed from the scene, and Morrow was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
Morrow is charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, a class C violent felony, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony, inadequate tail lamps, unregistered motor vehicle, and operating without insurance
Morrow was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court where bail was set in the amount of $2,500.00 cash, $5,000.00 bond, or $10,000.00 partially secured bond. Morrow is scheduled to return to the Town of Perry Court on January 5, 2022 for further court proceedings.

Preston K. Lamphere, 29, of Wyalusing, PA, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Perry on December 17, 2021.
Lamphere was stopped for speeding, and was observed to be exhibiting general indicators of drug impairment. Lamphere was additionally found in possession of a personal use amount of Methamphetamine in a bag along with a digital scale with white powder residue on it.
Lamphere performed poorly on roadside field sobriety testing at which time he was placed under arrest and taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office. Lamphere was evaluated by a Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office Drug Recognition Expert who determined Lamphere was impaired by multiple drug categories and was unable to operate a vehicle safely.
Lamphere is charged with DWAI/drugs, driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs, speed over 55MPH, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree. Lamphere was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in the Town of Perry Court on January 5, 2021.
