Glenn H. Wright, 51, of Bethany, is charged with DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, no seat belt, and stopping in the roadway on a public highway, following an investigation of a vehicle parked, blocking the roadway on a public highway. The incident occurred on Clinton street road in Stafford at 2:41a.m. on December 28, 2021.
Wright was allegedly operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on January 18, 2022 at 10:00a.m.

Amber L. Turner, 28, and James N. DiFalco, 25, both of Batavia, are each charged with petit larceny following a larceny complaint at Walmart, 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive, on December 28, 2021 at 3:33p.m.
Turner and DiFalco allegedly concealed items in a shopping cart and proceeded to pass all points of sale without paying. Both were processed at the Genesee County Jail for prints and photos and then released on appearance tickets.
Turner and DiFalco will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 22, 2022 at 10:00am in front of Judge Young.
