On January 24, 2022, Anthony Taylor, 30, formerly of Arcade, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender/prior conviction, a class D felony. Taylor was registered with the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office as living in the Town of Arcade. He moved from the residence and failed to update his address within the 10-day time period he is required to do so.
He was previously convicted of failure to register.
Taylor was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court and committed to Wyoming County Jail on no bail. He is to appear in Warsaw Court on February 7, 2022.

Jordan L. McMurtry, 35, of Silver Lake, NY, was arrested and faces multiple felony charges following a traffic stop on North Cummings Avenue in the Village of Silver Springs on January 19, 2022.
McMurtry was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a traffic infraction at which time she was found to have a revoked NYS identification card only with four total suspensions/revocations. McMurtry was also found to allegedly be displaying multiple general indicators of drug impairment and following a poor performance on standardized field sobriety testing, McMurtry was taken into custody for DWAI Drugs.
McMurtry proceeded to refuse to submit to chemical testing to determine the alcohol/drug content of her blood.
McMurtry was also found to allegedly be in possession of over six grams of methamphetamine inside her purse along with a digital scale, twenty-five unused glassine envelopes [small plastic zip up bags], and other drugs and drug paraphernalia items. McMurtry’s vehicle was impounded at the Wyoming County Impound, and she was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office where she was subsequently charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, two counts, a class B felony, DWAI/drugs, second offense, a class E felony, DWAI/ combined influence of drugs, second offense, a class E felony, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, a class E felony.

McMurtry was arraigned in front of Judge Mohun of Wyoming County Court where an additional suspension was placed on McMurtry’s license for her refusal to submit to chemical testing. In compliance with NYS Bail Reform, McMurtry was released on her own recognizance regarding these charges. While in court, the Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office was present and made a bail argument regarding a previous felony indictment for which McMurtry was out on her own recognizance. Judge Mohun did set bail for the previous indicted felony charges in the amount of $10,000.00 cash, $20,000.00 bond, or $30,000.00 partially secured bond. McMurtry was then turned over to staff at the Wyoming County Jail where she was to be held pending further court appearances at a later date.

A traffic stop for speeding in a zone (69/55) on Route 39 at Camp Road, in the Town of Castile, resulted in the arrest of Crystal L. Goodrich, 38, no address provided, for DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation.
Goodrich has a revoked license and was allegedly displaying signs of impairment and was asked to submit to roadside field sobriety testing. According to the deputy on scene, Goodrich failed field sobriety testing and was arrested for DWI.
Goodrich was transported to the Wyoming County Jail where she refused to submit to a chemical test and was subsequently charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, unlicensed operator and speeding in a zone
She was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court by Judge Errington where she was released on her own recognizance with a return court date of January 24, 2022 in the Town of Castile Court.
