Jeryn C. Boggs, 28, Siavaija T. Lewis, 20, and Jerome D. Hightower, 22, all of Rochester, are each charged with petit larceny following an investigation at Target, 4300 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia, on January 25, 2022 at 5:00p.m.
All three are accused of stealing merchandise from the store.
All three are released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 22, 2022 at 10:00a.m. in front of Judge Young.

Michael R. Whiteman, 49, of Perry, is charged with DWAI/drugs, open alcoholic container and inadequate exhaust system, after an investigation during a traffic stop on Cockram road in Byron on November 4, 2021 at 12:58a.m.
Whiteman was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on February 7, 2022 at 5:00p.m.
