Chris J. Bannister, 57, of Attica, is charged with DWI, speeding in a 55mph zone, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, following a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Stafford on February 22, 2022.
Bannister will appear in Stafford Town Court on March 10, 2022 at 6:00p.m. to answer the charges.

Samuel D. Tabone, 28, of Rochester, is charged with offering a false instrument for filing 1st degree after an incident that occurred on January 18, 2022, at 116 E. Main street, in Pembroke.
Tabone will appear in Town of Pembroke Court on March 3, 2022, at 2:00p.m.

Klarissa C. Price, 43, of Batavia, was arrested on February 21, 2022 on an active warrant issued out of the Town of Batavia Court for trespass on September 28, 2021, on West Main street.
Price was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on her own recognizance and is due back in court on March 22, 2022, at 2:00p.m.
