Michael A. Jones, 24, of Charlotte, North Carolina, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of an assault weapon 3rd degree, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd/ammunition feeding device, unsafe turn/failure to signal, improper number plates violation/illegal form and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, after an investigation into traffic offenses on School road in LeRoy on March 19, 2022 at 4:36p.m.
During the investigation, Deputy Quackenbush and Deputy Chamoun located an illegal AR15 rifle in Jones’ vehicle. Jones was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court by Judge Sehm and will re-appear in court on April 21, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Krystle D. Sanders, 37, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing items from Walmart at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on March 18, 2022.
Sanders was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 7, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Katherine F. Foels, 36, of Attica, NY, is charged with petit larceny after a larceny incident at a chain department store on Veteran’s Memorial drive in the Town of Batavia on March 19, 2022.
Foels was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 28, 2022, at 10:00a.m.
