Tina M. Baase, 59, of Hamlin, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, and moving from a lane unsafely on Rt. 98 in Batavia on March 26, 2022, at 9:34p.m.
Standard field sobriety tests were administered, and Baase was arrested. She was released and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on April 14, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Logan N. Norcott, 25, of Clyde, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after a complaint of a domestic incident in the Town of Batavia on March 24, 2022, at 7:45p.m.
Norcott allegedly violated a court ordered order of protection protecting the complainant.
Norcott was taken into custody by the NYS Police in Wayne County and transferred to the custody of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office. Norcott was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on recognizance and is due back in Town Court on May 4, 2022, at 9:30a.m.
