Sheriff Christopher M. Bourke reporting the following:
On February 16, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jamie Cyr, 40, of Mount Morris, with criminal contempt 2nd. Cyr was arraigned in the Town of Yates Court and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.
On February 24, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jakob Bishop, 23, of Medina, with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bishop was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
On February 25, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jared VanGelder, 33, of Holley, with DWI 1st Offense. VanGelder was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.
On February 27, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Brandon Belski, 26, of Holley, with harassment 2nd. Belski was arraigned by CAP court and was released on his own recognizance. Belski is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.
On March 1, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Michelle Lambert, 32, of Holley, with aggravated DWI, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs 1st and endangering the welfare of a child (2 Counts). Lambert was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Kendall Court at a later date.
On March 7, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Felipe Chavez Jr, 37 of Holley, with bail jumping 2nd. Chavez was arraigned by CAP Court and remanded to the jail. Chavez is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.
On March 22, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Robert Mack Jr., 43, of Middleport, with aggravated harassment 2nd and stalking 4th. Mack Jr. was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Mack Jr. is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On March 20, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Floyd Bradley, 72, of Franklin, North Carolina, with DWI 1st Offense and driving with a BAC of .08% or more. Bradley was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Bradley is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.
