Marcus T. Hill has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation first degree, a class E felony, after allegedly operating a 2006 Hummer on Clinton street in the City of Batavia on April 25, 2021, while allegedly knowing his license to operate such motor vehicle in NYS was suspended or revoked.
Hill had 10 or more suspensions imposed on at least 10 separate dates for failure to answer, appear or pay a fine, dating back to August of 2011. The past incidents occurred in four different counties.

Thomas J. Wolcott has been indicted and is accused of criminal contempt first degree, a class E felony, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection on October 28, 2021, in the City of Batavia.
Wolcott was previously convicted of criminal contempt second degree, a class A misdemeanor, in September of 2020 in Batavia City Court. The conviction was within 5 years of the alleged crime in the current indictment.

Jaequele M. Tomlin has been indicted and is accused of the crime of criminal mischief third degree, a class E felony, after allegedly damaging property, a television and television stand, exceeding the amount of $250, on November 4, 2021, in the City of Batavia.
Tomlin is also accused of harassment second degree in the same incident above, subjecting the victim to physical contact, striking, shoving or kicking, with intent to harass, annoy or alarm the victim.
