Trespass; Harassment 2nd, 9:28 PM, Sunday, April 24, 2022, W. Main St. – On April 24, 2022, Officer Post arrested Lazeuia D. WASHINGTON, M/44 of Batavia, NY, for Trespass and Harassment in the 2nd Degree after he entered a local business that he was previously told not to enter, and an altercation ensued. Washington was issued appearance tickets with a return court date of May 3, 2022, at 1:00 PM in Batavia City Court.
Criminal Trespass 2nd; Petit Larceny, 12:35 PM, Saturday, April 23, 2022, Liberty St. – On April 25, 2022, Kyle J. SCHROEDER, M/25 of Pavilion, NY, was arrested on the above charge. Schroeder allegedly forced entry into a residence and remained in the residence on Liberty street and allegedly stole a pack of cigarettes in the process. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on May 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
Criminal Contempt 2nd; Endangering the welfare of a child, 7:52 AM, Monday, April 25, 2022, N. Lyon St. – Booker T. RICKS, M/50 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on April 25, 2022 for Criminal Contempt in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a child. It is alleged that Ricks was not adequately supervising his son, who is a juvenile, and allowed his son to run outside and into street. before being found by a passerby. Due to this incident, there was a violation of a refrain from order of protection which has Ricks’ son as the protected party. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on May 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th; DWAI Combined influence of drugs; Operate a Motor Vehicle while registration is suspended; Uninspected Motor Vehicle; Operate a Motor Vehicle without insurance, 11:59 AM, Monday, February 7, 2022, W. Main St. – On April 23, 2022, Jason T. KNICKERBOCKER, M/30 of Bethany, NY, was arrested for an incident that took place on February 7, 2022. It is alleged that Knickerbocker was found inside of his motor vehicle under the influence of drugs in a parking lot. It is alleged that during the investigation, Knickerbocker was found to have several bags of fentanyl on his person. He was processed and given an appearance ticket to report to Batavia City Court at a later date.
Bench Warrant, 10:25 AM, Friday, April 22, 2022, E. Main St. – Jolene Y. STEVENS, F/33 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on two Batavia City Court bench warrants for failing to appear. Stevens was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Rogers and was released on her own recognizance. She was scheduled to return to Batavia City Court on April 28, 2022, at 1:30 PM.
Criminal Contempt 2nd, 11:22 PM, Friday, April 22, 2022, Dellinger Ave. – John A. CABRERA JR, M/32 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on April 23, 2022, for the above listed charge. Cabrera Jr. is alleged to have violated an order of protection by sending a message via Facebook Messenger to the protected party. Cabrera was processed on scene and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on May 4, 2022, at 1:00 PM.
Criminal Contempt 2nd, 3:57 PM, Wednesday, April 20, 2022, W. Main St. – On April 20, 2022, Lyndsay T. YOUNG, F/39 of Batavia, NY, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Young was issued an appearance ticket and released with a return court date of May 10, 2022, at 1:00 PM.
Criminal Contempt 2nd, 5:52 PM, Friday, April 22, 2022, State St. – John A. CABRERA JR, M/32 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on April 23, 2022, for the listed charge. Cabrera is alleged to have violated an order of protection by sending a message via Facebook Messenger to the protected party. He was processed on scene and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on May 4, 2022, at 1:00 PM.
Harassment 2nd, 5:37 PM, Sunday, April 24, 2022, New York Pl. – On April 24, 2022, Pedro L. DIAZ, M/38 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged that he punched another person in the chest and stomach. Diaz was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on May 3, 2022.
Petit Larceny, 6:47 PM, Thursday, April 21, 2022, Ellicott St. – Feyza G. OSMANCIKLI, F/27 of Batavia, NY, was arrested for shoplifting from a local business after it was reported that a female was witnessed concealing property under her shirt and leaving the business without paying for it. Osmancikli, who matched the description of the suspect that had reportedly left the scene on foot, was swiftly located on Liberty street by Batavia Police Officers. After a police investigation, she was subsequently arrested for petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket. Osmancikli is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on May 10, 2022, at 1:00 PM.
Petit Larceny, 3:45 PM, Monday, April 25, 2022, Ellicott St. – On 4/25/2022, Brian M. RAPHAEL, M/34 of Batavia, NY, and Phillip P. HEALE, M/43 of Batavia, NY, were arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged that they stole merchandise from a local grocery store. They were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on May 10, 2022.
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th; DWAI drugs prior conviction within 10 years; Unregistered Motor Vehicle; Unlicensed Operator, moved from lane unsafely, 6:10 PM, Friday, April 22, 2022, E. Main St. – On 4/22/2022, Macella F. GREENE, F/37 of Bliss, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. GREENE, allegedly, was operating a motor vehicle erratically entering the city. Patrols located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Greene was subsequently arrested and released on appearance tickets to appear in Batavia City Court on May 11, 2022, at 9:00 AM.
Failure to appear, 11:20 AM, Friday, March 11, 2022, Summit St. – On 4/24/2022, Brian M. RAPHAEL, M/34 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant. It is alleged that Raphael failed to appear in court after being issued an appearance ticket for a crime that occurred on March 11, 2022. He was issued an appearance ticket and turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office who also had an outstanding warrant for Raphael.
Trespass, 2:13 PM, Tuesday, April 26, 2022, E Main St. – Phillip P. HEALE, M/43 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on April 26, 2022, at 2:13 PM for trespassing at the Dollar General store. It is alleged that Heale has previously been trespassed from Family Dollar store but entered the store regardless on April 26, 2022. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on May 10, 2022, at 1:00 PM.
