Jesse R. Driscoll, Jr., 36, of Avon, NY, faces multiple counts of criminal contempt following the report of a violation of an order of protection in the Village of Castile.
The victim contacted the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office to report contact by a respondent who was prohibited from making contact with the victim. The contact was taking place through multiple social media applications and had been ongoing for multiple weeks. Following an investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for Driscoll, Jr.
Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies requested assistance from Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies in the arrest. Livingston County Deputies did locate Driscoll at his residence in Avon, NY where he was taken into custody. Driscoll was then remanded to the custody of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department and transported to Warsaw Town Court where he was arraigned on four counts of criminal contempt in the second degree.
Driscoll was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 cash, $20,000.00 bond, or $30,000.00 partially secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Castile Town Court on May 9, 2022, for further court proceedings.
