GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Woman charged after refusing to vacate

Latoya D. Jackson, 36, of Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, resisting arrest. obstructing governmental administration 2nd and criminal trespass 2nd, after refusing to vacate a property on West Main street road on May 17, 2022 at 10:11a.m., during an eviction at a local motel.

Jackson was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for prints and photos and will return to court on July 12, 2022.

Michael D. Wiedrich, 52, of Pavilion, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and driving to the left of pavement markings, following an investigation during a traffic stop on North street road in LeRoy on May 18, 2022 at 1:45a.m.

Wiedrich was released on appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 7, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

William J. Gould, 39, of Rochester, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly being found to be in possession of two crossbows following a larceny from Dick’s Sporting Goods in the town of Batavia on May 18, 2022, at 5:08p.m.

NYS Police located Gould on Rt. 490 operating a vehicle that was reported stolen out to the town of Greece, NY.

Gould was released with an appearance ticket and then turned over to the Greece Police Department.

He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 2, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
