Zachary Emmick, 33, of Telegraph Road, Town of Eagle, was arrested and charged with one count of criminal contempt in the second degree following an investigation of a violation of an order of protection on May 14, 2022.
Emmick was issued a complete stay away order the day prior that was issued by the Wyoming County Family Court protecting another party. Through investigation, it was discovered that Emmick attempted to contact with the victim numerous times throughout the day which was in violation of the order of protection.
Emmick was subsequently arrested and arraigned in the Town of Eagle Court where bail was set at $5,000.00 cash, $10,000 bond or $10,000.00 partially secure.
Emmick is to reappear in the Town of Eagle Court at a later date for further proceedings.

Maro A. Jaramillo-Mejis, 58, of Brampton, Ontario/Canada was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Perry on May 11, 2022.
Through an investigation, it was learned that Jaramillo-Mejis was operating a motor vehicle while having an active suspension on his New York State driving privileges.
Jaramillo-Mejis was subsequently arrested and charged with speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Jaramillo-Mejis was released on an appearance ticket and it to appear in the Town of Perry court on a later date for further proceedings.

On May 20, 2022, Scott Walters, 64, of East Aurora, NY, was arrested for petit larceny after a homeowner in the Town of Sheldon observed Walters steal his two Waste Management garbage cans from his yard in front of his residence.
Walters was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer this summons in Sheldon Court on May 23, 2022.

Kerry L. Jacobs, 48, of Bliss, NY, was arrested following a shoplifting complaint at Wal-Mart in the Town of Warsawon May 22, 2022.
Jacobs was alleged to have stolen a 100-foot hose, body lotion, and a 30 pack of pool test strips from the store, and she was alleged to have done this in the presence of two children, ages 9 and 10.
Jacobs was located by Sheriff’s deputies at her residence in Bliss, NY where the stolen property was recovered.
Jacobs was subsequently charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child and was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Warsaw Town Court on May 30, 2022.
