Jennifer M. Moton, aka “Miss B”, 37, of Rochester, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd (2counts from indictment warrant, 2 counts from traffic stop) and promoting prison contraband 1st degree, a class E felony, after a traffic stop in Stafford.
Moton had an active sealed indictment arrest warrant out of Genesee County Court for allegedly selling quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task force on two separate occasions. Deputy Kenneth Quackenbush took Moton into custody on the warrant during the traffic stop.
While processing Moton at the jail, information was developed resulting in a search warrant being issued. Upon executing the search warrant, Moton was allegedly found to be in possession of more than one half ounce of crack cocaine, including 41 pre-packaged bags of crack cocaine along with a separate bulk quantity of crack cocaine.
She was arraigned in Genesee County Court on the indictment warrant and was released on recognizance.
Moton was arraigned in Batavia City Court on promoting prison contraband as well as the new felony drug possession charges in the Town of Stafford Court, after which she was released on recognizance on these charges as well.
Task Force members were assisted by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies, Correction Officers from the Genesee County Jail and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.

Megan D. Seymour, 32, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC od .08% or more and motor vehicle lights do not meet standards, following a traffic stop in the City of Batavia on June 12, 2022, at 64 Walnut street at 1:49a.m..
Seymour is to appear in City Court on August 3, 2022, at 9:00a.m.

Corey A. Knapp, 20, of Medina, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant out of the town of Batavia Court on June 3, 2022, for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
Knapp was arraigned in front of Judge Funke in Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
She will re-appear in court on July 12, 2022.
