A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Andrew A. Searight, 35, and Jerrtonia A. Scarbrough, 24, both of Batavia, accusing each of them of the crime of aggravated cruelty to animals (two counts), a felony charge under Agriculture and Markets law, after allegedly abandoning an animal in a cage for an extended period of time, intentionally causing serious physical injury to a companion animal in the City of Batavia on May 10, 2022

A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Dustin M. Locicero, 37, of Bolivar, NY, accusing him of the crimes of falsifying business records first degree, a class E felony, on April 26, 2022, while at Pawn King on Veteran’s Memorial drive.
Locicero made or caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise.
In count 2, he is accused of burglary 3rd degree, a class D felony, after unlawfully entering a building/garage on Broadway road in Darien on June 5, 2022.
In count 3, he is facing a petit larceny charge for allegedly stealing a power nailer, an orbital sander, and a battery charger with battery on June 5, 2022, on Broadway road in Darien.

A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Andrew J. Draper, accusing him of criminal contempt 1st degree, a class E felony, and harassment 2nd degree, a violation, after Draper subjected a person with an order of protection against him, to physical contact while at a residence in the City of Batavia on June 17, 2022.
