Deborah C. Gorton, 25, of Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree/victim under 7 years old, a class D felony, aggravated sexual abuse 2nd degree/victim under 11, a class C felony and endangering the welfare of a child, after an investigation into a series of offenses that occurred in the month of September at an address in the town of Batavia.
Investigators say the incidents involved the same juvenile victim.
Gorton was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on November 17, 2022 and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in court at a later date.

Connor J. Rombaut, 25, of Brockport, NY, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable or prudent, after an accident at 8029 Lake street road in LeRoy on November 11, 2022 at 10:09p.m.
Deputies say Rombaut was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released with appearance tickets.
Rombaut is to appear in LeRoy Town Court on November 17, 2022 at 1:00p.m.
