PERRY, NY- Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of a Perry resident on two misdemeanor charges following a sex offense investigation by the Perry Police Department.
On November 16, 2022, Officer McKaylee Croll, arrested Francis E. Foulkrod III, no age provided, at the Perry Police Department, charging him with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
During an investigation, Foulkrod admitted to both misdemeanor offenses. Police say Foulkrod admitted to Officer Croll of grabbing a minor’s buttock on a paddle boat on Silver Lake in the Village of Perry and sending an inappropriate picture of himself to the minor.
Foulkrod was processed at Perry Police Department and arraigned in Perry Village Court by the Honorable Judge Miller. The Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office recommended $10,000 cash bail, $20,000 bond, or $40,000 partially secured. Judge Miller, however, released Foulkroud to pretrial release under the supervision of the Wyoming County Probation Department with a return court date of December 13, 2022.
